We're in!
We checked in for our mini-break at 10.20am this morning and I must say the accommodation is lovely. We are in a shared room with a bathroom at the end of the corridor but it isn't busy so this is perfectly adequate.
We have been to the restaurant which is located on the ground floor. It has a wide selection of drinks and snacks and also serves hot meals at set times. Very glad that we booked all inclusive. There has been a slight delay with Tara's bed but the staff at check in have been so lovely that we can't complain. She is hoping for a nice view out of her bed - fingers crossed.
We have placed an advance order for our dinner - excellent selection available from the menu they bring round to you. Not sure what time it will be served but others seemed to be enjoying the lunch they were tucking into when we were shown in.
The mattresses seem to be of good quality firm but not too hard and the decor is modern and bright.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Leicester. There is one quirk however, a very polite gentlemen comes round to talk to you and draws an arrow on your belly. Not sure what all that is about.
